Identifying organisms using IdentifyLife

When complete, IdentifyLife will provide keys and other identification tools, using a flexible and simple system that will allow you to identify any living organism from anywhere in the world.

IdentifyLife will to do this by combining descriptions of organisms from many different sources.

IdentifyLife keys may be created on-the-fly, for the specific needs of users, or packaged for particular purposes.

This part of IdentifyLife is still under construction. Currently, you can search the Links menu in the LifeBrowser, to find third-party sites that may help with the identification of particular groups of organisms. In the coming months we will provide a platform for viewing and using keys directly on IdentifyLife. So, watch this space...
